Site Description: After dragging her anchors in a south-east
gale on 21 November 1914 this 3500-ton British turret steamer
sank. She was carrying a cargo of coal from St Helena at
the time. The spot where she went down is easily identified by
her pertruding engine block and her shallow depth ensures a well
lit dive. Permission must be obtained from Naval headquaters
at Simon's Town (Tel:(021) 86-2300) to dive this site.
